Our Lead Trainer - Loren Snow

Loren Snow is an autistic adult with over ten years’ experience teaching parents of autistic children, autistic adults, and NHS staff to understand autism.
They work for Bristol Autism Support as their lead trainer and as Autism Central’s Area Manager for Plymouth and Torbay. Within the NHS they work supporting autistic patients' care in psychiatric hospitals on Care, Education, and Treatment Reviews and as an approved lead trainer for Devon's roll out of the new mandatory training on Autism and Learning Disability.

Nationally the delivered The Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training during it's trials and are an approved trainer for Mencap and support The National Autistic Society to train new lead trainers and on their approvals group as their autism lead.

They've also worked with many organisations from transporting bodies to public health, employers, schools, and charities and regularly speak at public events like conferences, on podcasts, and on the radio.
They're an an associate for The Diversity Trust where they deliver training on Neurodiversity and an associate for NDTi where they perform many roles making the UK a better place for those with neurodivergence.​
